Job36
5 God is almighty and yet does not depise anyone! And he is perfect in his understanding.
7 He does not ignore the good men but honors them by placing them upon eternal, kingly thrones.
8 If trouble comes upon them and they are enslaved and afflicted, 9 then he takes the trouble to point out to them the reason, what they have done that is wrong, or how they have behaved proudly.
10 He helps them hear his instruction to turn away from their sin.
11 If they listen and obey him, then they will be blessed with prosperity throughout their lives.
12 If they won’t listen to him, they shall perish in battle and die because of their lack of good sense.
16 How he wanted to lure you away from danger into a wide and pleasant valley and to prosper you there.
17 But you are too preoccupied with your imagined grievances against others.
18 Watch out! Don’t let your anger at others lead you to scoffing at God! Don’t let your suffering embitter you at the only one who can deliver you.
19 Do you really think that if you shout loudly enough against God, he will be ashamed and repent? Will this put an end to your chastisement?
20 Do not desire the nighttime, with its opportunities for crime.
21 Turn back from evil, for it was to prevent you from getting into a life of evil that God sent this suffering.
22 Look, God is all-powerful. Who is a teacher like him?
16 How he wanted to lure you away from danger into a wide and pleasant valley and to prosper you there.
11 If they listen and obey him, then they will be blessed with prosperity throughout their lives.
1. Turn to God, turn away from your mountain of trouble
2. Have a good opinion of Him, seek Him, listen to Him, do what He tells you to do
3. Do not rebell against Him or speak evil of or complain about Him, He is the only One who can help
4. Trust Him, praise Him ...
5. Turn away from evil, turn to Him ...
you will find that prosperity is on its way to you ...
sometimes it means tithing your last dollar away ... and see how the floodgates of heaven opens up to pour out so rich blessings upon you ... as long as there is a need ... it has been proven in the lives of godly men and women time and time again ... godly because God intervened in their lives in the most desperate of situations ...
it is easy to be godly when things around us are rosy and sweet ... and sometimes complacent too ...

Wealth of the Nations
1 "Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.
3 Nations will come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
4 "Lift up your eyes and look about you:
All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar,
and your daughters are carried on the arm.
5 Then you will look and be radiant,
your heart will throb and swell with joy;
the wealth on the seas will be brought to you,
to you the riches of the nations will come.
10 "Foreigners will rebuild your walls,
and their kings will serve you.
Though in anger I struck you, *
in favor I will show you compassion.
11 Your gates will always stand open,
they will never be shut, day or night,
so that men may bring you the wealth of the nations—
their kings led in triumphal procession.
17 Instead of bronze I will bring you gold,
and silver in place of iron.
Instead of wood I will bring you bronze,
and iron in place of stones.
I will make peace your governor
and righteousness your ruler.
18 No longer will violence be heard in your land,
nor ruin or destruction within your borders,
but you will call your walls Salvation
and your gates Praise.
19 The sun will no more be your light by day,
nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you,
for the LORD will be your everlasting light,
and your God will be your glory.
20 Your sun will never set again,
and your moon will wane no more;
the LORD will be your everlasting light,
and your days of sorrow will end.
21 Then will all your people be righteous
and they will possess the land forever.
They are the shoot I have planted,
the work of my hands,
for the display of my splendor.
22 The least of you will become a thousand,
the smallest a mighty nation.
I am the LORD;
in its time I will do this swiftly."

Just last recently, a 3rd QDII fund was approved.
Jiashi Fund Management Co is the first QDII to be allowed
to invest in Chinese companies (defined as having at least 50% of
its revenues from China) listed on the SGX and in the US.
When the annoucement was made that QDII FUND
could invest in HK, the HK market gone up by 32% todate.
This rose from from the sub-prime crisis lows
even before a single QDII dollar has been invested.
A total of US$48bn real money is expected to flow in for 2008.
You will be satisfied with the wealth of the nations
and in their riches you shall boast.
We are blessed coming in and blessed going out.
The Lord bless all the works of our hands.
We shall lend to many nations and we shall not borrow.
We are blessed to be a blessing too ....
Don't blink, it is happening ... time to sow is now ...
the year of the Lord's favor, the year of new beginnings.

Believing in Him
Romans 10:
11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
8But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
The above scripttures are taken from the King James version ...
my Living Bible Edition is a little different ...
v11 For the Scriptures tell us that no one who believes in Christ will ever be disapppointed.
v12b ... the same Lord who generously gives His riches to all who ask him for them.
now let us start asking ... or with our mouths declaring His riches ours ... He our Lord Jesus is always in a generous mood everyday every moment of the day, no one who believes in Him will ever be disappointed.
Cheers! and Shalom!
